The Colle Reale Cerasuolo Rosé is produced from 100% Montepulciano grapes cultivated using organic and biodynamic viticulture criteria. Minimal intervention is a cornerstone of the winemaking process, with no pesticides used in the vineyards and only sparing use of sulfur at bottling. After fermentation, the wine rests for two months in tanks.
