Comte Henry Touraine

Comte Henry d’Assay was founded in 2016 by Henry d'Assay, a veteran Loire winemaker who spent over two decades directing his family's legendary estate, Château de Tracy, in Pouilly-Fumé. Together with his wife Corinne, Henry established this boutique négociant house under the philosophy 'Négoce Oblige.' Their mission is to seek out the finest terroirs across the Loire Valley to showcase the diverse, complex expressions of Sauvignon Blanc. This Touraine cuvée represents their dedication to applying the same meticulous standards and rigorous selection processes typically reserved for high-end Sancerre or Pouilly-Fumé to the broader Touraine appellation.
