WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are sourced from vines planted at altitudes between 300 and 500 meters in schist soils to preserve natural acidity. Hand-picked into small 25 kg crates, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine matures for six months exclusively in stainless steel on fine lees, maintaining fruit purity, crisp minerality, and vibrant acidity without any oak influence.
