WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Corcovo Tempranillo Crianza is produced by Bodegas J.A. Megía e Hijos S.L. using Tempranillo grapes. The winery maintains rigorous control over its 90 hectares of vineyards, situated at an average altitude of 700 meters with limestone, sandy, and clayey soils. Grapes are harvested at their optimum ripeness after careful monitoring. Vinification and fermentation occur in modern facilities. As a Crianza, the wine undergoes a minimum of 24 months of aging, including a period in American oak barrels and further maturation in the winery's unique centenary underground aging cave, which offers stable conditions for development.
