WINE MAKING PROCESS
Costa Rossa Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore 2016 is produced using the Ripasso method, which involves a second fermentation on the lees of Amarone or Recioto wines. This technique enhances the wine's body, color, and complexity. The grapes are fermented, in part, using Tenute Ca'Botta's proprietary Fermentino Ca'Botta® tank. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging in oak barrels, followed by bottle aging before release.
