WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for the E. Guigal Côtes du Rhône Blanc 2023 begins with pressing the grapes. The resulting must is then fermented at controlled temperatures, not exceeding 18°C, in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic freshness. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging on its lees in stainless steel for about 9 months. This technique aims to build texture and complexity without the use of oak. Harvest is timed for optimal grape maturity. The producer employs reasoned and sustainable viticulture practices in their vineyards, where vines average 25 years of age.
