ABOUT THIS WINE
This wine is a unique collaboration between legendary American importer and blender Kermit Lynch and winemaker Denis Deschamps of the pioneering Les Vignerons d'Estézargues cooperative. Located on the right bank of the Southern Rhône Valley, the cooperative works with a select group of family growers. The grapes for this specific cuvée are sourced from a 6.2-hectare plot on the sun-drenched Plateau of Signargues, characterized by its 'galets roulés' (smooth river stones) over clay-limestone soils. The whimsical label, illustrated by French artist Michel Tolmer, depicts a figure balancing on wine glasses, symbolizing the wine's playful harmony between rich Southern Rhône weight and easy-drinking freshness.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process emphasizes minimal intervention and natural techniques. Grapes are entirely de-stemmed before undergoing fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled concrete vats. Maceration lasts approximately 15 days with gentle daily pumpovers to extract color and soft tannins without over-extraction. To preserve the pure, vibrant fruit expression of the Southern Rhône varieties, the wine is aged entirely in concrete tanks for 10 to 12 months with absolutely no oak contact. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal added sulfur, and without a foil capsule to minimize waste.
