WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for this red blend, consisting of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, are sourced from estate vineyards planted on silt-granite soils. The fruit undergoes a pre-fermentative cold maceration to gently extract primary aromatics and color. Fermentation is carried out strictly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using selected commercial yeast strains. To preserve its lively, fresh-fruit profile, the wine is completely unoaked, bottled directly after fermentation and a short settling period.
