Crazy Tropez Rosé

The winemaking process for Crazy Tropez Rosé begins with the gentle pressing of grapes, followed by cold settling of the must. Alcoholic fermentation is conducted in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve delicate aromas. The wine is then aged in stainless steel, a technique that maintains its freshness and primary fruit characteristics. Grapes are harvested at aromatic maturity, often at night, to ensure optimal freshness. Domaine Tropez adheres to organic farming principles, limiting chemical use and employing certified organic fertilizers.
