WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Creation Rosé 2023 is produced using a blend of Grenache Noir (70%), Syrah (25%), and Viognier (5%). The grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards located on slopes up to 350 meters above sea level. Vinification involves cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. The wine is unwooded, and a small amount of Viognier is added post-fermentation to enhance its aromatic profile. The aim is to create a balanced, elegant, and finessed rosé.
