WINE MAKING PROCESS
This Crémant de Loire is crafted using the Méthode Traditionnelle. The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal quality and gently pressed. Primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. The wine then undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by an extended aging period on its lees to develop complexity, autolytic character, and a fine, persistent mousse before disgorgement.
