WINE MAKING PROCESS
The M. Chapoutier Crozes-Hermitage Petite Ruche 2019 is produced from 100% Syrah grapes. Vinification occurs in cement vats, with pumpings-over performed daily or twice daily for three to four weeks post-fermentation. The wine is then aged in cement vats to maintain its fruit purity. Bottling typically takes place the autumn after the harvest. M. Chapoutier employs biodynamic and organic farming practices in its vineyards.
