WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested manually at optimal ripeness to preserve their natural acidity. Upon arrival at the winery, they undergo gentle pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. This process ensures the preservation of the delicate primary fruit and floral aromas. The wine is aged briefly on its fine lees in stainless steel to add subtle texture and complexity before being stabilized, filtered, and bottled young.
