ABOUT THIS WINE
Corte Gardoni is located in the morainic hills south of Lake Garda in the Veneto region of northern Italy. Run by the Piccoli family, the estate is dedicated to preserving the traditional grape varieties and classic styles of the Custoza appellation. The 'Greoto' bottling represents a quintessential expression of this unique terroir, where the tempering breeze of Lake Garda and stony, mineral-rich soils yield white wines of exceptional freshness, elegance, and character.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant primary fruit aromas and crisp acidity. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, maintaining its bright, clean profile. It is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel for several months prior to bottling, which imparts a subtle texture and complexity to the mid-palate.
