WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are sourced from estate-farmed vineyards in Saulheim, characterized by clay marl, loess, and limestone soils. Following selective harvesting, the wine undergoes temperature-controlled cold fermentation (Kaltvergärung) in stainless steel tanks using selected neutral yeasts to preserve primary fruit aromatics and natural freshness. The wine is kept entirely unoaked in stainless steel to maintain its youthful, vibrant character before being bottled under a protective atmosphere with a screw cap.
