WINE MAKING PROCESS
Cuvée dei Frati Brut is produced using the Metodo Classico, the traditional method for crafting sparkling wines. The initial fermentation takes place in a combination of stainless steel tanks and barrique, or solely in stainless steel. Following this, a second fermentation occurs in the bottle, after which the wine undergoes an extended aging period of at least 24 months on its lees. It is then aged for an additional four months in the bottle post-disgorgement.
