WINE MAKING PROCESS
Locret-Lachaud Cuvée Spéciale Rosé Premier Cru Brut is produced using the traditional Méthode Traditionnelle, common to Champagne. This involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle to create the effervescence. Following this, the wine is aged on its lees, a process that contributes to its complexity and texture. The blend consists of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, and 25% Meunier. The dosage, the final addition of wine and sugar before corking, is adjusted to achieve the Brut classification.
