WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Dacasto Duilio Vianus Rosé is produced from 100% Barbera grapes. The vinification process involves pressing the grapes and allowing a short maceration with the skins for 10-14 hours before vinifying as a white wine. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for four months in steel tanks and then spends an additional two months in bottle before its release.
