WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Dark Horse Rosé is produced from Grenache and Barbera grapes sourced from California vineyards. Grapes are harvested during cooler parts of the day to preserve freshness. Fermentation takes place at low to moderate temperatures (55-62°F or 13-17°C) using selected aromatic yeasts.
