WINE MAKING PROCESS
The David & Nadia Grenache 2019 is produced using hand-sorted grapes, with a focus on whole bunch pressing and spontaneous fermentation. The wine undergoes extended skin contact for approximately four weeks, with 60% whole bunches used in fermentation. Fermentation takes place in open tanks and concrete vessels. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for one year in old, neutral French oak barrels (500L) and concrete vessels (2700L). Biological farming practices are employed in the vineyards, with a commitment to organic and sustainable methods.
