WINE MAKING PROCESS
Delamotte Brut is produced using a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats. A key aspect of its production is the extended aging on lees, lasting a minimum of 30 to 36 months, which is considerably longer than the industry standard for non-vintage Brut Champagne. Following aging, a light dosage of sugar is added before the wine is released.
