WINE MAKING PROCESS
Pointillart Leroy Descendance Brut is produced using the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle), which involves a second fermentation in the bottle to create its effervescence. The wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months, with some sources suggesting 36 months. The blend includes a significant percentage of reserve wines from previous vintages, contributing to its complexity and consistency. The dosage for the Brut version is 7 g/l of homemade liqueur.
