WINE MAKING PROCESS
The 2022 growing season in California began with inconsistent weather patterns that resulted in a lighter crop, but transitioned into a mild, stable climate that allowed the grapes to ripen evenly with excellent concentration. Following harvest, the grapes underwent traditional fermentation. Portions of the final blend were aged for nine months in a combination of French and American oak barrels to integrate the structure and impart subtle oak complexity while preserving the vibrant fruit character.
