WINE MAKING PROCESS
Crafted under the direction of Head Winemaker Emma Garner, the components of this blend are vinified separately to highlight their unique varietal characters. The Riesling is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh primary fruit. A small portion of estate-grown Gewürztraminer and Riesling is co-fermented and aged in a large wood fermenter, while the Chardonnay and Pinot Gris are fermented and aged in older French oak barrels to build structure and a creamy mouthfeel before final blending.
