ABOUT THIS WINE

This partnership is rooted in a shared appreciation for Sicily, its traditions, and the pursuit of excellence. The wine originates from the eastern slopes of Mount Etna, a region known for its unique volcanic terroir. The label and packaging are designed to reflect Sicilian heritage, drawing inspiration from the symbolism of the Sicilian cart and the vivid colors of volcanic magma, representing a blend of tradition and modern style.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Isolano Etna Bianco is produced using Carricante grapes, with a small percentage of other varieties. The winemaking process involves fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 14-16°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 9 months in tanks. It then undergoes an extended period of more than 12 months of bottle aging before it is released to the market. This approach is designed to preserve the wine's aromatic qualities and develop its characteristic minerality and persistence.
