WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for Domain Laffitte Rosé 2022 are harvested at night. Each varietal, Malbec and Merlot, is vinified separately. The grapes undergo destemming and direct pressing, with a slow pressing technique employed to achieve the desired pale color. This is followed by a fifteen-day cold maceration period before alcoholic fermentation. The wine then rests on its lees for a minimum of two months.
