Domaine Berthet-Bondet Tradition is a white wine from the AOC Côtes du Jura in the Jura region of France, produced by Domaine Berthet-Bondet. Founded in 1985 by agronomists Jean and Chantal Berthet-Bondet, the domaine has been cultivating its vineyards organically since 2010. The wine is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Savagnin. Its unique characteristic stems from aging under a 'voile' (flor yeast veil) for at least two years in oak barrels, a traditional Jura method that imparts complexity and an oxidative style, often compared to Vin Jaune. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 450 meters.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Domaine Berthet-Bondet Tradition is produced using 80% Chardonnay and 20% Savagnin grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. The defining characteristic of its production is the extended aging process, where the wine matures under a 'voile' of yeast in oak barrels for a minimum of two years, sometimes extending to 36 months.
