Domaine Blanc de Blancs

Alexandre Bonnet's Domaine Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne produced by the Alexandre Bonnet house, located in Les Riceys, Aube. Les Riceys is notable as the largest wine-producing village in the Champagne region and the only one to hold three AOCs. The estate's vineyards are planted on steep hillsides with Kimmeridgian Jurassic limestone and marl soils. While typically a Blanc de Blancs signifies 100% Chardonnay, some technical information suggests a blend that may include Pinot Blanc. The estate became part of the Lanson BCC Group in 1998 and is committed to sustainable viticulture, holding HVE certification.
