WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Domaine des Diables Rosé begins with a pre-fermentation cold maceration of the grapes for approximately three hours. Following this, the grapes are pressed under oxygen-free conditions to maintain freshness. Fermentation is carried out at low temperatures to preserve the integrity of the grape and the resulting wine. The wine is aged without oak, allowing the primary fruit characteristics and terroir to be the focus.
