WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Domaine des Tourelles Red 2021 involves hand-harvesting grapes from vines aged 15-20 years. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats for 10 days using indigenous yeasts, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine then undergoes aging for 16 months, also in concrete vats. The producer follows a philosophy of minimal intervention, limiting sulfur dioxide use and avoiding fining or filtering.
