WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Domaine du Vieux Lazaret Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc begins with pneumatic pressing to gently extract juice, followed by static cold settling. The must is then cold fermented, and the wine is matured on its lees for four months. Malolactic fermentation is not employed. This approach aims to develop the wine's texture and aromatic complexity.
