WINE MAKING PROCESS
Domaine Garon Syrah Les Grandes Parcelles is produced using traditional vinification methods. Grapes are hand-harvested, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel or concrete vats with controlled, low temperatures to maintain fruit freshness. Gentle extraction techniques are employed. The wine then undergoes aging for 6 to 10 months in used 228-liter French oak barrels, followed by a total of 14 months in oak without new wood. Organic farming practices are followed in the vineyard.
