WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Domaine Houchart Rosé involves direct pressing for the majority of the grape varietals, followed by a cold maceration period lasting 24 to 48 hours. Fermentation is conducted at controlled temperatures of 18-20°C for 12 to 24 days. The wine is typically bottled from December onwards, allowing for its release early in the subsequent year. Traditional farming practices are favored, with a focus on soil work and environmental preservation.
