WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for this Riesling emphasizes purity and terroir expression. Grapes are 100% hand-picked from the steep slopes of the Kolteschberg vineyard. Following careful selection, the fruit undergoes pneumatic and direct pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using natural yeasts to preserve the vibrant primary fruit characteristics. The wine is then matured on its fine lees in stainless steel to build mid-palate texture, complexity, and structural stability before bottling.
