WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Domini Veneti Chiaretto di Bardolino Classico DOC 2021 is produced through rosé vinification, involving a short maceration of the skins for 12 to 24 hours to extract color and aromas. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, typically not exceeding 18°C, to preserve varietal aromas. The wine is subsequently aged in stainless steel tanks for a short period. Harvest is usually conducted by hand in early to mid-September. The grapes used are Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, indigenous to the Verona area.
