Dominio Alto Cava Brut Organic is produced using the traditional method, also known as Méthode Traditionnelle. This involves a secondary fermentation occurring within the bottle, which is responsible for the wine's effervescence. Following this, the wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of nine months before the sediment is removed (disgorged). The grapes are sourced from organically managed vineyards.
