WINE MAKING PROCESS
Dominio de Es Carravilla 2020 is produced from destemmed grapes that undergo spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperatures in open wooden tanks. An average of 12 days of maceration follows. The wine is then aged for approximately 19 months in used French oak barrels. The vineyard practices include sustainable and biodynamic methods, with the use of ungrafted vines.
