WINE MAKING PROCESS
This sparkling rosé is produced using the Metodo Classico (traditional method). Barbera grapes are harvested early to preserve their vibrant natural acidity. Following a gentle pressing and short skin contact to achieve its delicate pink hue, the juice undergoes primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by aging on the lees to develop complexity and fine, persistent bubbles.
