WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, crushed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve primary fruit character. The wine is then aged in traditional French and American oak wine barrels. For the final stage of maturation, the wine is transferred into aged Irish whiskey barrels. These barrels, with their narrow staves and unique char, impart distinct toasted notes and integrate the tannins, resulting in a remarkably smooth finish.
