Loosen Bros. Dr. L Riesling is an accessible entry to the slate-rich terroir of Germany's Mosel Valley. Created as a collaboration between Ernst Loosen and his brother Thomas, the wine is crafted from grapes sourced from local growers across the Middle Mosel under the direction of Cellar Master Berni Schug. It offers a classic expression of Mosel winemaking traditions, combining low alcohol content with vibrant freshness.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Grapes grown on steep slate slopes are harvested and gently pressed, followed by natural cold-settling. Fermentation takes place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve aromatic purity. Fermentation is halted early by chilling to retain natural residual sugars without malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in stainless steel before bottling under screwcap.
