WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process follows a low-intervention philosophy to preserve the vibrant primary fruit and natural acidity. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. The wine undergoes a short aging period on its fine lees to add subtle texture without losing its crisp profile. It is bottled with minimal filtration and very low sulfur additions, maintaining the signature slightly cloudy appearance and lively spirit of the Nat Cool range.
