WINE MAKING PROCESS
The E. Guigal Ermitage Ex Voto Rouge 2019 is produced from 100% Syrah grapes. Following harvest, the wine undergoes a 4-week maceration with pump-overs. It is then aged for 42 months in 100% new French oak barrels. Guigal utilizes its own cooperage for the production of these barrels.
