WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Delheim Edelspatz Botrytis Riesling is produced from grapes sourced from an old-vine block. The grapes undergo whole-bunch pressing before fermentation in French oak barrels. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak for nine months. The harvest is conducted through multiple hand-pickings, with rigorous sorting to select only the finest botrytized grapes.
