WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Ramón Bilbao Edición Limitada 2020 is crafted from 100% Tempranillo grapes. Fermentation occurs traditionally in wooden vats at controlled temperatures (27-28°C) using native yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels. It then rests for another 10 months in the winery's underground cellar before release.
