WINE MAKING PROCESS
El Coto Crianza Organic 2021 is produced from 100% Tempranillo grapes. The winemaking process begins with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, utilizing small tanks not exceeding 50,000 liters. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in 225-liter American oak barrels. The producer emphasizes organic viticulture, with vineyards situated at moderate altitudes between 400 and 600 meters. Hand-harvesting is employed to select grapes at their optimal ripeness. The winery's commitment to sustainability is evident in its use of eco-friendly materials for the capsule, label, and carton, as well as a lightweight bottle design.
