WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Gorú 2022 begins with hand-harvested grapes. Each of the three grape varieties—Monastrell, Syrah, and Petit Verdot—is fermented and macerated separately for 15-20 days. These processes are conducted under controlled temperatures, not exceeding 28°C, to manage extraction. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 4 months in American oak barrels. The vineyards are managed using organic farming practices.
