WINE MAKING PROCESS
El Velado 2017 is produced from organically grown grapes that are hand-picked. The primary fermentation occurs using wild yeasts in open 3,000-liter oak vats. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for approximately 15 months in 500-liter French oak barriques and foudres. The winemaking process emphasizes traditional methods to capture the essence of the old vines and the specific terroir.
