WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Elmsfeuer Mousserande Rabarbervin is produced by fermenting the rhubarb must on the pulp at low temperatures. Following this initial fermentation, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle to create the sparkling character. The wine then undergoes an aging period of at least 9 months before it is released. This process is guided by Andersen Winery's philosophy of combining traditional winemaking techniques with a focus on high-quality Danish fruit.
