WINE MAKING PROCESS
Domaine Face B practices organic and biodynamic farming, with manual work in the vineyard and cellar. The grapes for this wine come from old Grenache blanc and gris vines on clay-limestone soils, and Macabeo on schist soils. The wine is aged for almost a year in old 21-hectoliter foudres, with the aim of not imparting oak flavors. The producer aims to minimize or avoid oenological inputs and uses very low doses of sulfites when necessary.
