WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Borgogno Era Ora Riesling emphasizes traditional methods. Grapes undergo long, spontaneous fermentations in concrete tanks, utilizing natural yeasts. Post-fermentation, the wine is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels, a technique chosen to avoid overt oak influence. The winery has also adopted organic farming practices, with a conversion process that began in 2015 and led to organic certification in 2019.
